Auf unserer Website bieten wir einen digitalen Concierge an - einen Chat-Assistenten, der auf Basis künstlicher Intelligenz häufige Fragen rund um unser Haus (z. B. Zimmer, Preise, Anreise, Wellness, Ausflugsziele) beantwortet.

Verarbeitete Daten. Wenn Sie den Concierge nutzen, verarbeiten wir die von Ihnen eingegebenen Chat-Nachrichten sowie technische Verbindungsdaten (u. a. eine gekürzt verarbeitete IP-Adresse und eine zufällige Sitzungskennung), die zur Beantwortung Ihrer Anfrage, zur Sicherstellung des technischen Betriebs und zum Schutz vor Missbrauch erforderlich sind. Bitte geben Sie im Chat keine besonderen Kategorien personenbezogener Daten (insbesondere Gesundheitsdaten) und keine sensiblen persönlichen Informationen ein - der Assistent benötigt sie nicht und ist dafür nicht vorgesehen.

Zweck und Rechtsgrundlage. Die Verarbeitung dient der Beantwortung Ihrer Anfragen und der Bereitstellung eines komfortablen Informationsangebots. Rechtsgrundlage ist unser berechtigtes Interesse an einem zeitgemäßen Gäste-Service (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO) sowie, soweit Ihre Anfrage auf die Anbahnung einer Buchung gerichtet ist, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

Automatisierte Antworten / keine automatisierte Entscheidung. Die Antworten werden automatisiert durch ein KI-System erzeugt. Es findet keine automatisierte Entscheidung im Sinne des Art. 22 DSGVO mit rechtlicher Wirkung Ihnen gegenüber statt. Sie werden im Assistenten transparent darauf hingewiesen, dass Sie mit einem KI-Assistenten und nicht mit einer natürlichen Person kommunizieren.

Auftragsverarbeiter und Empfänger. Für den Betrieb des Concierge setzen wir Herrn Peter Möschl (moepe, Unternehmen mit Sitz in Österreich) als Auftragsverarbeiter ein; es besteht ein Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag nach Art. 28 DSGVO. Dieser bindet zur Erbringung der Leistung folgende weitere Auftragsverarbeiter ein:

• Hetzner Online GmbH (Server-Hosting, Rechenzentren in der EU),

• Google Cloud (Vertex AI) für die KI-Sprachverarbeitung; die Verarbeitung erfolgt in einem Rechenzentrum in der Europäischen Union (Region europe-west1). Die Chat-Inhalte werden nicht zum Training von KI-Modellen verwendet,

• Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH) für den technischen Versand etwaiger Benachrichtigungen (Server in der EU).

Eine Übermittlung Ihrer Chat-Daten in ein Drittland außerhalb der EU/des EWR findet im Rahmen des Concierge-Betriebs nicht statt.

Speicherdauer. Die Chat-Inhalte werden nach 90 Tagen automatisch gelöscht. Darüber hinaus werten wir ausschließlich anonymisierte Nutzungskennzahlen (z. B. Anzahl der Anfragen, häufige Themen) ohne Personenbezug aus, um das Angebot zu verbessern.

Cookies. Der Concierge setzt keine Marketing- oder Tracking-Cookies. Zur Aufrechterhaltung Ihrer laufenden Chat-Sitzung wird lediglich eine technisch notwendige, zufällige Sitzungskennung in Ihrem Browser gespeichert (Session Storage).

Ihre Rechte. Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch sowie ein Beschwerderecht bei der Datenschutzbehörde. Zur Ausübung genügt eine Nachricht an die im Impressum genannten Kontaktdaten.
